​CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
International Conference Athens, Greece
May 29-31, 2023

Educational Leaders Without Borders (ELWB) in partnership with the University of West Attica (UWA) and the International Council of Professors of Educational Leadership (ICPEL) request proposal abstracts for an International Conference to be held in Athens, Greece in May of 2023.

Global Progressive Leadership is concerned with the deep and enduring values of fairness and equity, the respect for humanity and its essential goodness,  and the emphasis on the active participation of the individuals and their interaction with society.

Abstract proposals should not exceed 400 words including references, and deal with one of the topics listed below within the international, focused theme of Global Progressive Leadership:

1. Educational politics of the nation/state and human values
2. Educational economics, policy, law and tradition
3. Confronting the realities and hazards of climate change
4. Displacement of students, locally and globally
5. School violence trends and dilemmas
6. Digital challenges and solutions to enhance student growth
7. Curriculum contradictions and paradoxes
8. Leadership perspectives that challenge traditions and practices
9. Other topics related to the theme

Deadline:

• The period of the call for abstract proposals is now closed. We hope to see you at the conference as an attendee.

Notification: 

• Notification of abstract acceptance is on a rolling basis to accommodate international submissions and will be no later than March 1, 2023.
